Getting started: Learning Cohort

Getting Started: LEARNING COHORT

We do things differently at The Financial Crimes Learning Experience. Here, we gather cohorts of financial crime fighters who care. We create learning groups of people who learn together, forge connections, solve concrete problems, and deliver work that they are proud of.

Inside the workshop, participants engage in weekly conversations within a learning group of no more than 5 learners, in addition to separate weekly larger cohort discussions of no more than 20 participants per workshop. This is a safe place where we give and get feedback on each other’s work. It’s a powerful way to learn, to see possibilities and new paths forward.

This is what we believe a workshop should be – a collaborative and immersive learning experience.
